A team leader is assigned to each of our sites. They are selected for their experience and manner. It is the responsibility of a team leader to ensure that all paperwork including logbooks, incident reports, and patrol records, etc are completed on a daily basis. They are also responsible for the standard of performance of their team members and to ensure that all tasks are completed to customer satisfaction.
All of our staff are fully compliant, licensed and have completed and passed a 4 day training course prior to receiving specialist on site training. They will integrate with your team ensuring a secure and friendly working environment.
